Our Work

Building a Stronger Food Safety Net.

Our food-access model connects household choice, nutritious groceries and community-based access. Rooted in Collin County, our vision is to strengthen the North Texas food network by addressing practical barriers alongside existing providers.

Client-Choice Pantry

A grocery-style market built around the household. The Harvest Market model gives neighbors a say in what they take home, with attention to family size, dietary needs, cultural preferences and the ability to store and prepare food.

Mobile Food Access

Harvest Mobile centers on bringing food closer to where people live. Community-hosted distributions can address distance, transportation and mobility barriers, with locations guided by local need and coordination with existing providers.

Fresh Food Access

Produce, protein, dairy and other nutritious foods are priorities in the Harvest Fresh model. Its approach connects food sourcing with safe storage and transportation to support a useful variety of groceries.

Family Hunger

Food support that considers the pressures of school breaks, summer months and household budgets. Harvest Kids & Families focuses on family grocery support shaped by documented community need and dependable resources.

Senior Hunger

Accessible food support for older adults, including neighbors whose mobility or transportation makes a pantry visit difficult. Harvest Seniors emphasizes practical access through community locations and potential delivery partnerships.

Resource Connections

Food needs often sit alongside housing, employment and other concerns. Our approach includes optional connections to qualified community resources so neighbors can find additional support while SeedTime stays focused on food security.

Making Good Food Go Further

Harvest Rescue is the food-sourcing component of our model: safe surplus food from retailers, manufacturers and other food businesses, connected to community need through organized collection and handling. Recurring food partnerships help build a dependable supply while reducing waste.
