This notice describes the current informational website operated by SeedTime Harvest Food Pantry. This website does not provide visitor accounts or take applications for assistance.

Online donations

Online donations are handled on SeedTime's Zeffy donation page. Payment details are entered on Zeffy, not on this website. Zeffy and its payment providers process the transaction under their own policies.

Zeffy may make your name, contact details and donation record available to SeedTime. The information depends on what you provide. These records may be used to acknowledge and administer donations, respond to donor questions and maintain organizational records. Read Zeffy's Privacy Policy for its own collection and sharing practices.

Messages you choose to send

The Contact page lets you prepare an email using your name, email address, organization or affiliation, interest selection, and message. The composer opens a draft in your email application. You must review and send that email yourself. Opening a draft does not deliver it to SeedTime or subscribe you to a mailing list.

Text entered in the composer, including a prepared-message fallback for unusually long drafts, is held in the page while you use it; the composer does not submit it to a SeedTime database. The site copies the prepared message to your clipboard only when you choose Copy message. You may also select and copy it manually. Your email application may save a draft under its own settings. If you send an email, SeedTime receives the message and sender information through its organizational email service, Google Workspace. Please keep messages general and do not include identity documents, financial credentials, medical information, or other sensitive personal details.

How information is used

Information you email helps us respond to your inquiry and consider prospective volunteer or community involvement. It does not reserve a shift, arrange a delivery, or enroll you in a newsletter. Email and website service providers process information needed to deliver their services.

Website services and technical information

Website hosting, preview, managed asset delivery and diagnostic services receive technical information needed to load pages, such as an IP address and browser request information. The site uses system fonts and does not request fonts from an external font provider. Technical information may also be processed to diagnose errors. These technical services are separate from the message you choose to email.

Sending an inquiry through this email composer does not enroll you in a SeedTime mailing list. The Zeffy donation page has its own choices and privacy practices; review them before submitting information.

Retention and requests

Email messages, donor records and related records may need to be kept for correspondence, organizational recordkeeping, or legal preservation. A request to remove information may be limited by records that must be retained and by provider backup processes. To ask about information you have shared or request a correction or deletion, email info@seedtimeharvestfoodpantry.org. Please identify the message or information involved without sending sensitive documents. Requests about Zeffy's own records should follow the contact procedure in its Privacy Policy.
